Heading Towards Resiliency
Happy Monday !
We each have the opportunity to increase the value of our aliveness every single day. To find the ways to inspire our individual path to be the happiest and most fulfilled.
And this effort and energy should not stop until we take our final breath.
As my lunar horoscope shared for me this week, every ending plants the seeds for a new beginning and the changes we can make in our lives will end up being an important catalyst for transformation.
The older I get the more I know this to be true. The more I know I must protect this vessel that carries me through this life in both my body and my mind.
All too often we see people giving up and putting their destiny and care completely in the hands of others. Even worse perhaps is not paying attention at all to what is going on and just vegging out.
Our plans and dreams can shrink to nothing if we let them, while carrying on the day to day of living a life. Just like we experience seasons in the weather we experience seasons in our life.

Are the relationships around you nurturing you as you nurture them?

As we wrap up the first month of 2024 here in a couple of days remember January brings opportunities for February. How is the path ahead looking for you about now? What are you enjoying? What is the change you know must happen in order to feel true growth to keep you on the most resilient path ahead?
Pay attention to all the things around you.
Ask yourself the important questions.
Take the time to honor your time.
Happiness and enlightenment is job #1.
