Funny thing, when you hit a big goal like I did with my century ride last week it left me asking, “What’s Next? What is the next big thing I want to accomplish?”

The many miles that I have been spending on my bike have given me lots and lots of time to think about the answers to this question.

While this new fitness habit is one I aim to keep, arriving home from Lake Tahoe I reflected on what it took to get there. There are so many metaphors between my journey as a cyclist and my journey as an entrepreneur over the past 30 years.

I am happy to share today that the Victory Letter hits 16 years old!  16 sweet years of Monday morning inspiration. That’s 862 letters and thousands of relationships that I have fostered through this journey as a writer.
